Was warned before I went to just go to a different deli. Waited to be helped inside an empty store. Order was wrong and I was overcharged. I cant even say the food was good.

They are usually okay but this time when I went they got every order wrong! No lettuce and tomato on my sandwiches even though they charge me for it! Wrong kind of tuna and not enough spread on my bagel when I specifically asked for extra.😕

I stopped in on a whim because I was craving an egg sandwich. Not only do they have a great egg salad, but the cucumber side salad was delicious. All around a great lunch choice. Service was quick, and the price was right.

My favorite bagels in NY. They have great baked goods too like rainbow cookies. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices. Also, exceptional coffee. WAY better than Starbucks!

Overall, a solid choice for a bagel place. Unique too, since it's Kosher, if that's your criteria. But, sandwich selections only include salads and cream cheeses, no cold cuts. Rarely crowded. There's the popular full-menu Bagel Cafe across the street, but for a coffee and bagel in the morning, I choose Bagel Boss because it's far less crowded, easier to get served, easier to find a seat, and not as hectic.

Just like all the other Bagel Bosses. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Northport, Dix Hills, Commack and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Friendly Staff. Reasonably priced. They keep Kosher, so no mixing of eggs and dairy. No deli meats. We will definitely be going back.

I stopped coming here after years. Across the street has better bagels, but I loved the woman who always helped me. However, the past 8-10 times I've gone, either the older gentleman or the bigger guy has taken care of me. The chubby guy (who I think is one of the owners) just looks at you when you're ready to order. No hi, no good morning, just a look. The older gentleman is just rude and going here just isn't worth it anymore. I get a bagel 3-5 times a week with a coffee, but I'll be going across the road now.

They put anything on a bagel. Their bagels are good. However I feel that they are way too over priced for what you get. Their pickles are horrible!

Great bagels. My out of town family is always requesting I bring them a few dozen. Great service, staff is really nice (and patient).

I went there this afternoon. I don't know if the owner is changed but place is no longer kosher. Also bagels weren't the as good is it was before. It's sad to see great old bagel store is changed for worse. It's became ordinary bagel store and obviously became overpriced.

Not good order was wrong rice pudding was not good it wasn't cooked rice was still hard.It was not a good morning for Bagel Boss sorry.

Absolutely awesome cornbread muffins. Toasted with butter and you are living in a breakfast dream. Luckily there was no line when I went in at 1000 on a Saturday, which alone makes this place like gold.Update: I tried a muffin from 1st class and it wasn't as good. Plus one star for bagel boss!

Best bagels and value in east northport. not sure what people are saying... These bagels are better than Bagel Chalet, and Chalet has great food so that is saying a lot. The staff and manager were patient and cordial, and their selection is huge. BB is our new shop of choice.

My favorite bagel place. Reminds me of the Appetizing Stores of my youth. Many of the traditional smoked fish choices with a lot of new salads and side dishes.

Great bagels and food. Service was excellent especially Sandra who is always very friendly and helpful. So glad they now carry Boar’s Head products. Raspberry Rugelach is out of this world delicious. Best bagel place around.

Staff is very pleasant, this is a good option if you are looking for a kosher bagel place. Very difficult to find, as the shopping plaza is undergoing what is apparently a long renovation, and there are no signs.

Awesome selection of bagels, cream cheese, salads, sandwiches, deserts, etc. Much more than just a bagel store. But their bagels are tasty. Fresh, wholesome, good sized bagels. Always satisfied!

Best bagels I've ever found since Super Bagels in Huntington closed after the owner's husband shot her to death in the store about ten years ago.Very pleasant counter persons.

The best of the bagel boss chain, kosher, and free of angry bagel guys! Sandy and company have the best, thoroughly covered everything bagels, a great kids selection (rainbows and minis), and are an affordable way to cater events! Delicious bagels with a top rating from someone who’s been to at least 100 bagel joints on Long Island! Bravo

Ordered an appetizing sandwich. First told there are out of the white fish. When I point to the counter full I am told they are saving that for platters. Just lost a customer forever. January to April I would spend $100-150 every Saturday for my office.

Best corn muffins around! The staff is amazing - friendly, helpful, welcoming. Wide variety of food, plenty of indoor seating and parking.

No bacon so theres that & also dont touch the pizza bagels they had mold on them, marked as fresh *see photo* so that too, needless to say I wont be coming back
